Chapter VII.

Eric Hirsch and Katherine Baum fall madly in love during their sophomore  year at Purdue University, West Lafayette. Eric proposes to her, on one knee,  during their junior year, at Chili’s in Lafayette.

On Saturday, June 7, 1997, they are set to be wed at Katherine Pasternak  Baum’s church, in Carmel, Indiana,Carmel Lutheran Church.

Katherine wears a stunning, Jade Maggie Sottero, Priority Dress. Katherine  Baum’s father, Xavier Christophe Baum, gives her away.

Katherine’s long, black hair and majestic eyes match favorably with her  Jade wedding dress, and her petite figure.

Kate’s best friend from Park Tudor, Selina Fuentes, serves as Kate’s Maid-of- Honor. Selina is an Associate Professor at the University of Michigan.

Eric’s best man is his best friend from Barrington High School. His name is  Anders Byrd; he is an Alumni of Notre Dame.

Kate’s married name is Katherine Pasternak Hirsch. On Saturday, June 7,  1997, the newly married couple leaves Carmel Lutheran Church in a white,  stretched limousine.

They drink champagne in the back, and head to the J.W. Marriott Downtown  Indianapolis Hotel; once they check-in and change, they take a taxi to Ruth’s  Chris Steak House on South Illinois Street.

Kate and Eric have a 5:00 p.m. reservation. They both order a glass of red  wine. Then Kate orders the Petite Filet and Eric orders the Filet. They share a  baked potato with sour cream and butter, and each order their own Caesar  Salads.

After the generous tip to the waitress, the bill totals $165.00. The meals are  quite worthy; the steaks are succulent.

On their wedding night, Eric and Katherine return to their Marriott hotel  room, shower, and Kate puts on her Frederick’s of Hollywood, Claudette Half- Cup Chemise.

After their first night together, they take a taxi to the Indianapolis  International Airport (IND). On American Airlines, they fly to Louis Armstrong  New Orleans International Airport (MSY).

Once the couple arrives in New Orleans, the stay at the J.W. Marriott Hotel  for one night. They dine at the Domenica (Italian) Restaurant.

This is when Katherine gets out her black, leather Corset and gets wild; as  well as passionate.

They cruise on a seven day Norwegian Cruise western Caribbean ship  dubbed the NCL Dawn. The couple embarks in New Orleans, then sails to  Cozumel, Mexico; from there they sail to Belize City; from Belize City, they  sail to Roatan, Bay Islands (Honduras); from Roatan, they sail to Costa Maya,  Mexico. They disembark in New Orleans.

In Cozumel, Mexico, Kate and Eric dine at the Buccanos Grill & Beach Club.  In Belize City, they dine at the Celebrity Restaurant.

In Roatan, Honduras, Eric and Katherine dine at Frenchy’s 44. In Costa  Maya, Mexico, Kate and Eric dine at Hotel Castillo.

On the cruise, Katherine wears her red/black Frederick’s of Hollywood,  Audrina Chemise, her Frederick’s of Hollywood, black Geometric Mesh Teddy,  and her black Caged Teddy.

Katherine also wore the Claudette Half Cup Chemise she sported on her  wedding night.

After Kate and Eric pass their Bar Exams, they take positions in separate  law firms in Chicago; McDermott, Will and Emery (Eric) and Winston and  Strawn (Katherine).

In 1997, Kate and Eric Baum move to a condo in Barrington, Illinois. In  2010, Katherine conceives their one and only child; a girl, Fiona Pasternak  Hirsch.

Fiona is born on April 15, 2011 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital on East  Huron Street, in Chicago.

Katherine has her tubes tied following the birth of her daughter.

Fiona goes to private schools outside of Chicago (Oak Park); she attends St.  Giles School, Oak Park, Illinois. She then attends Fenwick High School in Oak  Park, Illinois.

St. Giles School is K-8 and Fenwick High School in Oak Park, Illinois is  9-12.

During Fiona’s junior year, she takes her S.A.T. exam, and by the fall of her  senior year in high school, she is accepted to Northwestern University, the  University of Michigan, Notre Dame, and Stanford University.

She decides on the Stanford University. She starts there in the fall of 2029,  with lofty aspirations and high hopes.

Fiona majors in Accounting at Stanford University. Fiona attends Stanford  University from 2029 to 2032, to study accounting. She earns her bachelors of  science in December 2032, in 3 ½ years. She takes the MCAT at Stanford  University during her junior year.

Fiona earns her M.B.A. at Northwestern from January 2033-2035, from the  Kellogg School of Management.
