Scene Forty Seven: Emergency Meeting 10, Downing Street

Prime Minister:

What is the situation with Grun Magnusson?

Home Secretary:

We have tried to get information about him, but no one seems to know where he is. The Special Branch has told us that Magnusson was taken to a new location but that he was then relocated; they will update us as soon as possible.

Prime Minister:

I’m not satisfied, we have a team of people waiting to interview him and we can’t even find him.

A security guard comes to the door to inform the home secretary that Grun had escaped.

Home Secretary:

Sir, I have to inform you that Grun Magnusson has escaped.

Prime Minister:

What! This is outrageous; I want a full investigation into this fiasco.

The security guard comes back into the room to inform the home secretary that the relic and the substitutes have been stolen.

Home Secretary:

Sir, I have to inform you that the relic has been stolen from the British Library.

 Prime Minister:

This is too much, I’m going to halt these proceedings now for you to get the relevant information, and we will resume in two hours.
