Your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure. As I said earlier, everybody is afraid of something but your ability to overcome your fears matters a lot.
Always look forward to succeed in everything you do. I know you are scared of the risks but I tell you the greater risk is not taking risk at all. When you desire to succeed, success has no option but to locate you.
