The reason most people don't succeed and only few do is simply because only few follow their passion and are in love with what they do. I'm not a big fan of India movies but I had to watch one particular one, '3 IDIOTS'. Go watch that movie and you will understand following your passion.
Take a look around at some of the things that you have accomplished successful without stress, you will discover that you has passion for it and your heart was there and those ones you didn't accomplish and looked stressful was because your heart wasn't in it.
This is one reason many people can't reach their goal and be successful because they are not following their passion. They are not in love with what they are doing; they get frustrated on the way and stop.
