7. Do try to tell good things about yourself. You are still you and you are a good person in and out!

 

8. Some times we try to look to perfection through this, where in reality it’s like everything else, its human and imperfect like everything else. Some of it might stem from the imbalance we get from it. Like everything else in the world when we look for something that isn’t the re we often find ourselves feeling hopeless. The only thing that is perfect is God.
