3. Allow yourself to accept the peace that is buried within you. Bring it more and more to the surface, and allow that peace to start to shine through you. The more you become at peace within yourself, the more those around you will be touched by it, and the happier you will become. You'll end up being able to “go placidly amidst the noise and haste”, and it will finally not be able to touch you.
