Spirituality is like balancing on a bicycle all the time and moving ahead with an understanding of the essence of life. The experiences from the past will make a person to assess the present situation and the vision ahead makes a person think to act now to avert the future consequences.

Spirituality is ones own quest for existence and meaning to life.

The intangible mind is associated with tangible materials, people understanding this relationship is also spirituality.

The degree of spirituality within an individual is variable in time and space. There is no means to standardize the spirituality of an individual.

Spirituality is not taught as part of the modern school education. Nor it is part of our routine life either. Being spiritual is the choice of each individual - to acquire knowledge, understand and practice it. There comes the difficulty in making an individual understand spirituality. The level of understanding at each person level is the challenge.

In spirituality questions to ask are unknown and there are no complete answers to every question.

In nature, there is diversity and oneness in everything. Spirituality is also similar to Nature. Therefore, a naturalist gets inspired towards spirituality.

Each pot created by a potter is unique. The spiritual element is reflected in the details and beauty of the pot, that the potter strived in creating it. Although the pot manifests as material, the spiritual aspect is not easy to assess.

A person’s spirituality is not acquired by just reading some literature, listening to someone, indulgence in rituals and practising a religion.

Spirituality manifests in the existence of the materialistic world where there is harmony.

A person may become spiritual based on many conditions. In one’s life, spirituality is like waves - small and big with variable amplitude and intensity. When calm even the smallest disturbance could cause waves which are visible discretely.

Communities are vulnerable due to natural and human causes. Science and technology alone may not help people to adapt. Strengthening the spirituality of the communities is most important to cope with vulnerabilities.

Accepting change and living with content is the way of life, which requires lots of strengthening of one’s spirituality.
