This is a happiness trigger that works for many. Try it. It may work for you. Program your thoughts and actions through positive energy power. Many people think that they cannot control their thoughts and therefore their feelings. Sure, we cannot control thoughts, but we can definitely influence them. This can happen, if we program our thoughts, feelings and actions with a power called ‘positive energy’. If we keep adding positive emotions to our lives, we are sure to influence our attitudes, thoughts and habits to be positive. Every positive emotion launched into our lives will trigger happiness. For instance, love is sure to trigger bliss, just as hope is guaranteed to build positive energy.

All these positive emotions like optimism, courage, confidence, tranquility, compassion, enthusiasm and humor are positive ammunition that we can program our life with. We can invite these into our lives and by doing so, we will trigger positive feelings that will generate joy and happiness. Sometimes, a great way to program happiness is to just choose happy actions like smiling, joking, dancing or singing. These will pep up the positive energy that is needed to program our life to joy. Do you really want to be happy? Then pull this happiness trigger and you will be surprised to see what is in store for you.
