Use Positive Self-Suggestions

A great way to trigger happiness is to use positive self- suggestions as often as you can. Those who actively do it know the power and benefit of it. Some people wake up every morning with positive self-suggestions like: Today is going to be a great day.” or “I feel great today.” or “God walks with me today, so I will be happy.” or “I am going to make today a beautiful day.”

These self-suggestions act as auto-suggestions or automatic triggers that inject positive energy into our thoughts and feelings and it really works! Some people use these auto-suggestions as screen savers on their computer screens or as wall paper on their mobile phone. There is no end to creativity here. Some have posters put up in their offices and homes while some put it in their cars and restrooms. Whenever you have the chance of displaying or projecting a self-suggestion, don't miss the opportunity. It works! It will trigger happiness in your life. It's time for you to pull this trigger too.
