Apart from these triggers, there are essential triggers that we cannot ignore. If we don't pull these triggers, we may end up in a soup of unhappiness.
Taking care of our health is one such trigger. If we are careless and do not take care of our health, we may end up in pain and suffering which will create sorrow. Therefore, as an essential daily trigger, we must take care of our bodies and if we have a problem, we must go to a doctor. Ignoring a rotten tooth for example, may lead to a complicated root canal surgery that will surely give us pain and unhappiness.
Sometimes, just food can affect our happiness. Certain type of food makes us happy, but certain others pull us down and make us uncomfortable and unhappy. We must identify what kind of food nourishes us and what can rob our smiles away. If we are committed to happiness, we must learn to monitor and control our diet so that we are happy all the time.

If we are conscious about joy, we can fix a filter and stop these thoughts from sinking into us.
