At times, you are deep in sorrow and cannot pull the happiness triggers as you are stuck in misery and sunk in despair. Is there a way out? Yes, you must learn to bounce back. Take help of the two pillars – Faith and Hope. You can then bounce back, rejuvenate and live a transformed life of joy.
