Epilogue

May be, it seems it is tough to have a grip with so many things mentioned in this book and tougher it is to have a way with them. No problem. There is a way out to ease things up for you. As we talked earlier, we live in modern times, where technology enables us to live smartly and enhance our capabilities to live well. As a child of 21st century, you need to use the best of technologies available to augment your genius. You need to have a relationship with technologies which is based on your needs, not desires.

We have talked earlier; the most important thing in your life ahead is this growing ability to evolve non-intuitive thinking. This ability grows with the knowledge you have about everything in your big and complex world. It is difficult to remember them all as your brain takes a long time and practice to create memories. But, there is a second brain that is available to you and it is brilliant at storing and presenting knowledge. The smart phone in your hand or computer is your external second brain. You just need to index the new knowledge you acquire in your brain to recall them and use them when needed.

The scientists call the modern brains a Hybrid Brain. Why? Hybrid is a mix of two or more traits in a single entity. So, you have hybrid cars, which run on both fuel and battery. Similarly, the brains of modern intelligent kids like you have a hybrid brain, which means it can work on its own and also use the technology of computer, smart phones and internet to do more and better brain functions, especially storing information and accessing knowledge. When I was born and lived my childhood, I was not lucky to have this hybrid brain and coped poorly with memories.

The internet is a hugely powerful part of your hybrid brain. What you need to do is keep your inquisitiveness upfront and seek full knowledge about anything new you encounter in your life. Just remember how intelligently and correctly you can access them from internet or the memory of the phone. This is all about having an intelligent and healthy relationship with technologies.

It is like, a big library has thousands of books and journals stacked in vast spaces of the library building but your librarian can get you any book you ask within minutes. The librarian can do it because these thousands of books are well catalogued and indexed brilliantly at the desk of the librarian to tell the librarian as where a book can be accessed exactly.

Similarly, you do not need to stack all books in your brain. You just need to have a good catalogue in your hybrid brain, so that you could recall and access the required knowledge, whenever and wherever you need them.

Cataloguing or indexing information is a modern day intelligence you need to learn. Smartly utilizing the genius of your second brain is the modern age intelligence of your first brain.

The world is like the library and knowledge is stacked in this colossal library of the infinite world. Always remember and be full of gratitude that

a handful of men and women have spent their lifetime unraveling knowledge of diverse realities for humanity. It is very unfortunate that only point one percent people creates knowledge; rest of 99.9 percent only utilizes them but never bothers to fully understand them. These handfuls of scientists and artists did the hard work to create knowledge for you and they are available for all. You show gratitude to them by imbibing the knowledge.

You have internet and your smart phone to give you easy and free access to this library of knowledge. You just need to catalogue the information about the knowledge for easy recall and access, at a point of time when needed to help you enhance your non-intuitive thinking and perceptions.

Cooking and food habits are in a way your window to look at the vast world of knowledge and diverse realities, your big beautiful world is full of.

There are uncountable recipes of food and unimaginably long and diverse list of ingredients the 7.5 billion people of earth cook and eat. When you reach out to these recipes and ingredients, you shall truly and clearly understand the core and most crucial idea of life and living, which we have talked earlier. The idea is – Reality is only the expression of relationship you create and accept with people and things.

Cooking must make you humbly understand the art and science of this relationship with reality. Knowledge makes you develop non-intuitive thinking and it in turn helps you to unravel and understand the full spectrum of relationship with all probabilities of realities. Your ultimate wellness and true happiness depends on how optimally you stand in relationship with reality. All best!

About The Author

People say, what conspire to make you what you finally become are always behind the veil of intangibility. Someone called it ‘Intangible-Affectors’.

Inquisitiveness was the soil, I was born with and the seeds, these intangible-affectors planted in me made me somewhat analytical. My long stint in media, in different capacities as journalist, as brand professional and strategic planning, conspired too! However, I must say it with all innocence at my behest that the chief conspirators of my making have been the loads of beautiful and multi-dimensional people as well as ideas that traversed along me, in my life journey so far. The mutuality and innocence of love and compassion always prevailed and magically worked as the catalyst in my learning and most importantly, unlearning from these people, ideas as well as situations. Unconsciously, these amazing people and my own stupidly non-intuitive cognition also worked out to be the live theatres of my experiments with my life’s scripts. I, sharing with you what I have internalized as body-mind Media, is essentially my very modest way to express my gratitude for all of them. In my stupidities is my innocence of love for all my beautifully worthy conspirators!
