Early Morning

Dyān (Meditation)

Ideal time to wake up for meditation is called Brahm Muhūrt (

म मुहूत). It is 1 hour and 36

minutes before sunrise and lasts for 48 minutes, usually between 3:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m.

Our mind and surroundings are very calm & quiet and it is the most suitable time for meditation.

Practice silence and you will acquire silent knowledge.

In this silent knowledge is a computing system

that is far more precise, far more accurate

and far more powerful than anything

that is contained in the boundaries of rational thought.”

Dr. Deepak Chopra
