Spread its wings
To scatter venomous
Hatred across the globe
Peace seems a distant dream!
A prayer for peace
Escaped from within
My tattered soul
I bowed my head in prayer.
Instantly I realised
Beyond prayers and divine intervention
Man has dexterity
To remedy the prejudices
Of mankind with generosity of spirit!
