Tien Hou made Meng Chiang nu ,a seamstress Zhinü who works for the Celestial Queen Mother, who weaves the Silver River (known in the West as the Milky Way), which gives light to heaven and earth. As time passed, Zhinü grew homesick and began to miss earth.
