Spirit Sight
Lily was a young girl who could see and feel a presence around her, she even began seeing things, things a five-year-old shouldn’t have to see. A five year old has a wild imagination maybe creative, but never should a five year old see what she saw, little did she know that she’d see more throughout her life and whatever she saw and felt wasn’t in her imagination it was all real and she would have a gift. And with this gift comes seeing spirits, feeling, hearing spirits or demons, not only that Lily could help or even send demons or evil spirts away, and she help cross over ghosts as well. It all started one day when Lily was playing in the woods alone like she did on most days, she was playing in her favorite playhouse; she was sweeping it out and quietly humming to herself when something out of the corner of her eye caught her attention. She turned to look it was a man, but he looked different somehow, he was tall and had brown hair, was wearing jeans and plaid shirt with work boots, he was watching her. Little did she know that same ghost would be back to haunt her again but this time is wasn’t a ghost it was the devil himself, he disguised himself as a normal looking man, and just a day before seeing this thing Lily heard a blood curdling scream that was cut off; her first thought was some poor soul just got murdered by slitting their throat. Lily was terrified and she searched those woods looking for clues to see if she find something, but she found nothing. Lily immediately got the chills her instinct was to run and run she did, she kept looking behind her to see if he was chasing her and nothing, she ran back to her house to the safety of her room; she hid in her closet where she kept her stuffed animals and hid there and never spoke of what happened to her, poor Lily thought she was going crazy. Five years later Lily and her family moved due to her dad’s job and they were moving to Ohio where they had a brand new house built, after it was done Lily’s family had moved in and not long after moving in Lily was feeling off in her house she could feel something in that house and it wasn’t very nice. That night Lily had gone to bed and was laying there trying to fall asleep and saw shadows on her wall but they in the shape of little devils or demons, at this time Lily was ten but she had a gift, and that gift was growing stronger. Lil was being affected by what she saw her personality changed, she’d act out sometimes and do things she wouldn’t normally do. Even her older sister would be affected so badly where she almost got possessed. Lily tried to tell her parents, but they didn’t believe her, and her sisters just teased her about it, Lily cried and cried she felt like her family didn’t care what was happening to her and treating her like she was insane. She knew what was happening to her was real she didn’t know why and at that time didn’t know she had a gift or why she had it. After that day Lily decided to go through whatever she was going through alone, and she would figure this out. The day after Lil went outside to climb in her favorite tree which happened to be a crabapple tree, she was slowing climbing and had made to the first stump where her father had to cut the limb down due to a previous storm that has broken it, she climbed on top that stump and stopped she was about to climb further when all of a sudden she felt a hard shove; she felt herself falling backwards but then she felt another shove from behind this shove was gentle and soft, she found herself hugging the tree so tightly her hands were red an her knuckles were white. When she gathered herself after being terrified of what just happened, she didn’t know what to think. She knew she was pushed by an evil spirt or demon and what Lily didn’t know is that her and her family would be followed all her life and that for whatever reason these demons or evil spirits were out to get her, but deep down in the back of her mind she knew the real reason why her an family were being followed she just didn’t realize it yet. Five years later the family moves at yet again, this time they moved backed to Pennsylvania to a city called Murrysville to house on top of a hill surrounded by woods. It was the most beautiful house and property Lily had ever seen it even had a pool. She loved that it had woods that she could walk in and explore. She loved the woods there were many times in Lil’s childhood where her and her mother would walk in the woods and her mom would teach her about nature, it was one of Lily’s fondest childhood memories. Now at this time Lily is fifteen and her gift has become more powerful. Lily went for a walk in the woods alone which she often did, on the day she did this the woods felt weird it didn’t feel warm or inviting this time it felt creepier somehow, she walked on looking at the pretty flowers and watching nature around her, she came to an old logging road and walked down it as she is walking she’s sees someone standing at the base of a tree with his foot against the trunk and he’s signaling her by waving his hand; now there something so uber creepy about this guy that Lily could like she feel that he was evil. Lil didn’t know if he was real or ghost, but she ran and ran until looking behind her making sure she wasn’t being followed. She ran in the house and told her mom she didn’t believe her and it broke Lily’s heart. After that day things around the house started to change Lily’s personality changed, she was moodier than normal, snapping, being mean, her parents were being affected as well as well as Lily’s dog. There was even a time when Lily’s dad was possessed but only for a second. Things didn’t stop there, one night when Lil’s parents were outside sitting out on the patio, her mother claimed to hear screams come out of the woods and she thought they were demons, and she was right. Another five years has past and Lily family moves again and moves back to Ohio. They moved to a beautiful house in Medina and it a great property with a pond. When moving into this house Lily didn’t feel really anything everything seemed ok but that would eventually change. This time Lil would start getting migraines, be sad or depressed, even Lily’s mom changed too. Now Lily is an adult and in her early twenties and her gift is now full blown and stronger than ever. Lily’s upstairs in her room she went to go look for something she had needed in the attic, she climbs the steps and makes to the first landing boom out nowhere Lily gets pushed hard so hard she fell backwards she could feel herself slipping backwards but something from behind pushes her back, then Lily heard a hiss then an evil laugh. After being completely terrified Lil had went her room and got her knees and begin to pray and as she’s praying she begins to see a bright light coming from the hallway, there stood an angel, she was beautiful wearing a long white flowing gown, and her wings were tucked behind her back. Lily knew why the angel was there she had saved her just like the time before at her old house; it was her guardian angel. Years and years later Lily is now grown and married with her own kids and she still had her experiences with demons, ghosts, and evil spirits. One day when Lily is home alone weird things begin to happen in her house, she’d hear footsteps or voices, she’s been pushed, choked, grabbed, even touched by an evil spirit. Lily has been known for getting attachments too. All the stuff Lily had to deal with all her life was too much for her, and now with kids in the picture she had to find a way to quiet the noise all the ghosts, spirits, and demons for her was enough. She found a way to help with that. She prayed an asked God for help and now she lives quietly with her family, but every so often a ghost or two will still contact her through her dreams.
