An excerpt of the short story, "Train Tracks," has been previously published in author K. E. Ward's book, A Candle, a Goblet & a Crystal Ball: The Paintings and Stories of K. E. Ward. It is a story about two teenaged girls who run away from home together and discover the ugly side of being bad. "The Spider and the Fly," is a very short, humorous horror story which takes us into the mind of a psychotic celebrity stalker and killer. Both short stories are dark, twisted, and surprising. Together they make a short book and an entertaining read.
