Days

Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun means “Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday”

Mon – Fri means “Monday to Friday”

Mon, Tue, Sat means “Monday, Tuesday and Saturday”

Sun & holidays means “every Sunday and public holiday”



Months

Jan, Feb, Mar, apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec means “January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December”

Jan – May means “from Januery to May”

Sep, Oct, Nov means “September, October and November”

Jun & Jul means “June and July”

Jan 1, Dec 25 means “January 1, December 25”



Times

am means “ante meridiem or before midday”

pm means “past meridiem or after midday”

10am – 3pm means “from 10 before midday to 3 after midday”



Currency

is the European currency symbol for the Euro



Attractions

POI means “Point of Interest”. Any attraction can be referred as a POI on the map or simple as POI as a generic reference on the text.



General examples

3 – 8 years old means “three to eight years old”

Metro means “Metropolitan trains or underground trains. The public transport network. Lines are identified as L1, L5, L7, etc.”

Over 65 means “a person over 65 years old”

Under 8 means “a person under eight years old”
