Printing and Exporting Pages Printing

Printing from the Score Editor

1. Go into Page Mode.

You cannot print from Edit mode.

2. Select Print and Page Setup from the File menu and make sure all your Printer settings are correct. Close the dialog.

P As mentioned earlier in this manual, you should have made settings for paper size, scale and margins before you started working on the page layout. Changing these settings at this point may cause the score to look different.

3. Select Print from the File menu.
4. The standard Windows Print dialog appears. Fill out the options as desired.
5. Click OK.

Printing All Layouts in the Song

If you have made a number of Layouts, for example for different instrumentalists, you can print them all in one go:

1. Open the Arrangement with the Layouts you want to print.
2. If required, select Print and Page Setup from the File menu and make sure all your Printer settings are correct. Close the dialog.
3. Pull down the File menu and select Print All.

This can be done from the Arrange window or from within Score Edit.

4. Fill out the dialog and click Print.
You will only be asked for Print options once. All following Layouts will print with the settings you make for the first one.
