Before we move on, we want to set the Van’s Surfboards page as our front page, which will also be our home page. For example, when someone types in your web address into his browser, he will first see the Van’s Surfboards page.
So go to your Dashboard, find the Settings menu and click on Reading, than select the option
A static page and from the menu below select the Van’s Surfboards page.
Now when you refresh your website you will see that the slider is gone and the Home page is the Van's Surfboards page.
In the next step you will change the Site Title and the Tagline.
