Tip; At this point, save your photo with the bleu background. If you change it to white and decide to add a texture or photo, making white transparent will also make ALL parts of your book that is white transparent.
Let’s provide a background texture. I have a nice “canvas” sample but it is way too small to cover the entire background, it was designed as a Windows background (to be tiled).
Here’s what I did; I copied the canvas picture in Paint making sure my work area was much larger and kept pasting beside one another (in effect, manually tilling the picture) to end up with a larger canvas photo.
You don’t want to just stretch the picture; the result would be a poor quality and rough image.
Once completed, I copied the entire photo and pasted it in Photo Filter. Next I made sure this new photo was the same size as my book photo background (the same would apply for a box).
