How To Setup Billing & Payment
Now Google Ads has received your ad and is in review status.
unfortunately the ad can't be run because you don't have a balance in your Google Ads account.
You need to make bil ing settings in your account. The method is quite easy, click the Tools & Settings button at the top of the page, go to the Bil ing section and click Settings.
