Patricia Ruth Sinclair was an aspiring hand model who attended the Dorothy Farrier School of Modeling in San Francisco, California. She was recruited to participate in the Miss San Francisco pageant in April 1950, where she was one of 19
contestants. After placing in the semifinals, she withdrew from the pageant and had a successful career in business by founding the Crose Machine Company, Inc. As of 2022, she is retired and living near San Jose, California near her children.
