This book is a compilation of many years work; primarily from other writings that I have written or in the case of a few of the Universal World Harmony through Service articles, submissions from friends and colleagues with some quotes from well-known people borrowed to add flavour.
It is not intended to be read in one sitting but rather in small sections that you can pick and mix as needed over the passage of time. Use the contents list to jump to a section that feels right for you for that particular day.

Look to the light, to the love, remain positive even when there is darkness around you and remember there is always light. Share this light and love with all you meet and it will come back to you like a boomerang.
