THE FOUR OF WANDS

“The Lord of Perfected Work”

Venus in Aries

DESCRIPTION AND SYMBOLISM

Under a golden sky, a young couple waves their bouquets in a gesture of happiness as they approach a garland of celebration that hangs suspended between four flowering wands. In the background is an old, grey manor house topped with red turrets. A moat lies beneath its central arch and flows off into the distance. Three people stand conversing in the square outside the front of the house, one of whom is the merchant and manor lord. In the background there is a stand of lush growth similar to the fruits and flowers interwoven in the suspended garland. A celebration is in progress and stability, harmony, peace and prosperity are experienced by all.

ASTROLOGICAL ASSOCIATION

Venus is associated with the desire for material prosperity, the capacity for pleasure and enjoyment, our ability to form relationships and the need to give and receive love. When in Aries, Venus blossoms within the positive growth potential of this sign and brings forth the fulfillment of the human desire for security and prosperity. The perfected work of this planet brings forth an abundance that supports the life of individuals and the life of the society in which they live.

ORACLES

When Appearing Upright in a Reading

You are entering a time of fulfillment and satisfaction. Your ships will come in and your goals will be attained.  Prosperity, beauty and harmony will enter your life and you will experience great happiness and abundance.

When Appearing Reversed in a Reading

Your plans will come up short. More obstacles and delays lie ahead of you. Greater effort is required on your part if you are going to attain the security and prosperity that you are striving for.

THE TREE OF LIFE

“The Sphere of Mercy”

Work is only perfected when we perceive that cohesion in human relationships can only be achieved when a creative and beneficent will strives to achieve prosperity for all and that generosity and altruism must be united with the power of creative vision to attain the highest perfection of our work in the world.
