If an experience is negative, the quickest way to move through it is to not
give it any energy by having an attachment to it. When you acknowledge
its presence without attaching to it (detached observation), you allow
movement. Movement is a quality of consciousness flow, which is always
positive. Movement always brings positive experience.
The only reason why we get il is because we do not allow energy
movement. When we hold onto issues and emotions or have attachment
to people and/or situations we create stagnation.
What to do when old non-‐truthful imprints or beliefs arise
Recognise the truth of what is being presented and be very happy you
actually recognised it. Celebrate! Acknowledge the truth about it and
allow its presence in your life. Re-‐affirm truth and allow, knowing that all
is perfect and in divine order.
