• Make an eating schedule in your appointment book or phone.
• Go food shopping for only the whole foods you need to prepare meals and snacks.
• Prepare a few meals and snacks in Tupperware and zip lock bags for a few days at a time.
• Don’t stress over calories.
• Eat very clean and structured during the week.
• Give yourself a good progress month to kick start your new body.
• If you have a long way to go, don’t get overwhelmed. Replace one habit at a time.
• Feed your muscles, not your stomach.
