Go food shopping for only the whole foods you need to prepare meals and snacks.

Prepare a few meals and snacks in Tupperware and zip lock bags for a few days at a time.

Dont stress over calories.

Eat very clean and structured during the week.

Give yourself a good progress month to kick start your new body.

If you have a long way to go, dont get overwhelmed. Replace one habit at a time.

Feed your muscles, not your stomach.
