A Point of View with Grant McGaugh and Mike Kim Brand Master Next quadrant over, upper right, write things you're good at and like doing.

Lower left corner, stu you don't like and are not good at. And the lower right corner, quadrant four, things you hate doing and you suck at. And if you ll in. .

Those quadrants, it will be very, very illuminating to you.

For example, when I look at quadrant one, I love doing it, and I'm excellent at running mastermind groups. I'm great at and love doing workshops. And I'm great at and love connecting with other entrepreneurs, like, relationally. So that's why I have so many friends and colleagues in the industry.

That's what I'm great at. Now, if you move over, this may surprise some people, and it always surprises my audience when they hear it for the rst time. Things I'm good at and like doing? Speaking. Copywriting.

I am not a full-time speaker. I'm not a full-time copywriter. Right now, if I focus and build my business around the things in quadrant two, speaking and copyright, I'm going to be miserable. Eventually, I'm going to be sad. The name of the game to me is to gure out how to use speaking and copywriting to do more of quadrant one.

So if I take an invitation to come onto someone's podcast or speak at their conference, that may result in some people in that audience joining a mastermind with me or working with me in a workshop. So it doesn't mean I cut o everything else. But I know what the North Star is for me because of Quadrant 1.
