doing and I'm not really great at?
Instagram. Social media. I don't, I
don't want to run my social media.
Right? It's like, stu like that, right?
Facebook groups. I know people
rave about Facebook groups. And
they work wonders for certain
people. For me, I hate them.
I don't like doing them. Right. And
then things I could improve at and
hate doing budgets, taxes, admin
work, and anything organizational.
But my integrator, Chelsea
Brinkley, that's quadrant one for
her. That's why we work, right? So
if you, you just jot that down, right?
Like, even podcasting would be in
quadrant two for me.
I think I'm good at it and I like
doing it. Very rarely do I tell
anyone that I'm a full time
podcaster. That is not how I make
the revenue in my business
directly, but other people do that.
Joe Rogan, right? The Joe Rogans
of the world. The John Lee Dumas
is who's a friend of mine.

That's all they do. And they love it.
And they're, they've got millions of
listeners and sell ads on their
podcast. So that's their
monetization strategy. Me, I'm a
di erent animal, and that's okay.
So that's where we've got to
understand, not just from a
branding and messaging
standpoint, but the operation of
your business.
What is in alignment with you?
Could you gure out what that is,
and gure out how to make that
work for you so that it is the truest expression Of who you are? So
when I've run four mastermind
calls every other week. I ran two of
them today, two yesterday, two
today. I leave those calls
energized.
