Freelance field inspectors are independent contractors that perform field inspections for companies such as banks, mortgage companies, real estate agencies, credit unions, etc. If you don’t mind driving a lot, this can be a really good way to earn extra money and you have the potential to make a lot of money for doing really simple work.

 

The work involves performing basic inspections, collecting data and taking photos of the assigned property and/or business based on your instructions.   The information you collect is reporteon an inspection form and submitted online to the company requesting the inspection.

WORK SCHEDULE

 

You re the boss; you set your own work hours and choose which assignments you want to accept, just as long as the inspections are completed by the due date. Most field inspections need to be completed within 48 -72 hours, during the daylight hours and can be completed 7 days a week. You can work as much or as little as you want. The more you work the more you earn.
