Mystery shoppers (also called secret shoppers) are undercover customers who visit businesses posing as customers. Contrary to many of the ads you may have seen on the internet, mystery shoppers are actually paid to gather information and not to shop per se.
The work is very simple. It involves visiting an assigned business and evaluating the service(s) based on your instructions. The information you collect is reported on an evaluation form that is submitted online to the mystery shopping company

This simply means, you have the option of choosing which assignments you want to complete. Once you accept an assignment, you have the flexibility to complete the assignment on your own schedule just as long as it’s done and reported by the due date.
