The general theme of this section is to get to know how you operate regarding your finances. Do you use a payroll company? Have you ever filed bankruptcy? Do people owe the business money or assets? Are there other affiliated companies with the same ownership group (they are thinking evasion of taxes here)?
They ultimately are trying to get to know where the company is at today regarding lawsuits, money still coming in, and who is paying payroll out.
