How to Save Money Easily

The easiest way to save money is, of course, not to spend money. I know it’s difficult to do, but after you’ve covered all the necessities (food, water, shelter, clothing, bills) you don’t really need to spend money on anything else.

Don’t eat out very often. This can save hundreds to thousands of dollars annually.

Make coffee instead of buying coffee. This can save hundreds of dollars annually or more, depending on your coffee intake.

Buy less-expensive things, or just don’t buy as many expensive things.

If you don’t have the discipline not to buy something when at the mall or browsing online or at the mall, avoid putting yourself in those positions.

Walk or ride a bike to places that are close by (it’s good exercise and saves gas money).

Carpool with friends to save gas money.

Cancel unused or underused gym memberships (but still make sure you get exercise!).

Use coupons (there are websites that have printable coupons for almost anything).

Think hard and look into your bank statements to see if there is anywhere else you can cut costs.

You can easily save thousands of dollars annually simply by applying this list of recommendations.
