How should I speakabout my previous jobs?

If you are not applying for your first job, at some point during the interview they are going to ask you about your previous employ-ment. If you didn’t leave your job on the best terms, you might feel a bit intimidated.

Provide as little detail as possible. “I was dismissed aftera change in management.” Or “I was let go because the company was doing some internal restructuring.” Or “My position underwent some changes and my skills were no longer required.” Then you can steer the conversation towards something more positive—say that you’re looking forward to new opportunities to develop your expertise.
