Book Description HTML

If a hero had killed a serpent, in time it would become a fiery dragon; and if he won a great battle, its enthusiastic reciters had him perform prodigious feats beyond belief. But do not fancy from this that the heroes were everyday people. Indeed, they were quite extraordinary, and deserved the highest praise from their fellow men.

A good book that introduces you to the important areas of human brain and their functions. Amygdala and frontal cortex and how they work. A good reading for psychology students.
