Book Description HTML
Over the centuries, technology has done much to improve the lives of the people. Automation, innovation and creativity have reduced the number of hours in the workweek with appliances, cars, phones, computers and television. Besides the good, problems have arisen as displayed by these things: system crashes, couches overwhelmed by potatoes, road rage, phone call messages saying your call is important to us, while you're put on hold; collateral damage rained on people because of smart bombs. Bleak as it sounds, changes can be made to overcome these deficiencies since technology is so pervasive and can’t be eliminated. It can only be improved.
