UCHE (CONT’D)

The rare brake lights didn’t come on. That means the driver didn’t even step on the brake.

PARAMEDIC #1 (astonished)

Wow...

(points at the wrecked vehicle)

So you mean all these was deliberate? Wonders shall never end.

PARAMEDIC #2

Only God knows what the two of them were arguing about.

Femi and Tega arrives in a flashy white Ford salon car, which belongs to the Nigeria Police.

PARAMEDIC #2 (CONT’D) (on seeing the Police car)

Oh, the Police are here.

The car doors open SIMULTANEOUSLY. Close on the lower part of the Police vehicle, as Femi’s left leg first hits the ground. His black leather shoe partially reflects the environment. Femi and Tega slam their doors closed at fairly the same time, as they gallantly walk towards Uche and the Paramedics.

Paramedic #2 leaves the pack and walks towards the Officers.

FEMI

(to Paramedic #2)

Check the victims for any pulse.

PARAMEDIC #2

Okay.

Femi walks pass Paramedic #2 to the rest of the pack, while Tega takes photos of the scene.

FEMI (to the pack)

Who called the Police here?

Uche steps out from the pack.

UCHE

I. I did.

FEMI

(in a commanding tone) Come with me.
