TEGA (CONT’D)

I say make we detain them, you say make them carry go. Oga go roast you like he-goat.

Kunle laughs, but quickly stops as Femi gives him a FIERCE glance.

FEMI (to Chioma)

Did Uche put on a white polo and a blue jean trouser to the restaurant?

CHIOMA (nods sideways)

No, he was on a white three-piece suit.

FEMI

That will be the white suit we found on Emeka. The lady must have brought him clean clothes.

CHIOMA (to Tega)

Can you recognize the lady if you see her again?

TEGA (confidently)

Why not? Sure thing!

CHIOMA (indistinctly)

You people are still with my phone. (speaks out)

Whose phone is connected to the Internet here?

FEMI

(to Chioma)

Mine.

Femi dips his hand into his right trouser pocket, pulls his phone out, and hands it over to Chioma. She FIDDLES with Femi’s phone for a while, before handing it over to Tega.

CHIOMA

Is that her?

Tega takes the phone from Chioma and looks into it. Close on the phone’s screen, which reveals a Facebook profile page of an ‘AMARACHI UKAOMA’. His face lits up in DELIGHT as his eyes meet the profile photo.
