(to the Elderly Woman) How much you hol?

The SOBBING Elderly Woman reaches for the collar of her blouse, dips her right hand into her bra through the collar, and pulls out all the money she’d wrapped together into a CYLINDRICAL bundle. She drops the bundle on the counter.

Tega looks at the bundle of money in disgust.

TEGA (CONT’D) (without touching the money)

Screen Translation:

[She rains prayers upon Tega.]

Tega looks away from the Elderly Woman, paying no attention to the prayers being said on his behalf, and LOUDLY whistles Korede Bello’s ‘God Win’ song.

INT. HALLWAY TO THE DPO’S OFFICE - SAME TIME

The DPO’s door swings open as Femi walks out into the hallway. We can see the DPO far behind, searching through his desk for something. Femi GENTLY shuts the door behind him.

AYAKPAT (O.S.)

Send Tega and Kunle to me. Now!

FEMI

Okay, sir!
