Chapter 45

Cheryl now had a long new future ahead of her, a new husband and a new partnership with two very good friends. She also had plenty of recently-graduated friends who couldn’t even dream that this would be possible, but she knew what she wanted. Her future was now looking brighter than ever and she was destined for success.

Cheryl left home a picture of elegance. She was dressed to impressed. For a moment she felt a familiar little embarrassment spread through her body. It was the same type of consciousness she’d be victim to since she had turned twelve. She had gone from a slender skinny tomboy shape to a sexy curvy nymph seemingly overnight. Her well shaped body had constantly attracted the gaze of many men. She was certain that it was not because her collarbones stood out to an extent deemed “good” by some models or fashion magazines. Far from it. Rather this was attributed to all from her shoulders down that some men could not resist their eyes from admiring.

She’d had what her mother liked to call “baby-bearing hips”. Still others were fond of calling her “thunder thighs”. Her breast had developed to a high C and her waist, though not petite, dipped inward in an hourglass shape of close perfection. Through it all Cheryl had maintained a good relationship with her body. She treated it well. From her powerful calves to her soft belly the evidence was all there. Still, Cheryl sometimes had the sensation of feeling self conscious about her figure.

She strode out to her car with the air of a confident leader. Closing the door she started the engine. It roared to life and Cheryl engaged the gears, driving off with the skill of a driver who was in touch with her machine. In fifteen minutes she reached her destination. Once she disembarked and secured her vehicle she made her way into the R-Graphix office. She never saw Jason who entered just after her.

“How are you Cheryl, or shall I say Mrs. Charles?”

“Cheryl is ok. I am very well. I feel energized and ready to do the work of a mule.”

Caution,” said Jason. “I am happy that now you are married you’ve been energized. Focus and let’s ensure that we maximize all of our opportunities. Raquel will be here on next Friday. Can we go to get her car tomorrow?”

“Sure Jason. Of course. Has the furniture arrived?”

“Yes it all came yesterday. We will need to arrange it or do you prefer to wait until Rachel comes?”

“We can lay it out and when she comes. Raquel can do any fine tuning if necessary. Who will assist us in moving it around?”

“I have some friends who I have asked to come by in the next hour or so. Will that be ok?”

“Sure. I hope we will have quite a few of them.”

“Six of them are coming. All capable men.”

“That will be fine. Shall I make some juice for them?”

“Oh Maria has already begun to cook some food and I believe that the juice is finished.”

“Good. Well let me look and see if everything came.”

Ok Cheryl. Will 1:00PM be a good time for picking up the car?”

“Sure. I will go and say hi to Maria. Then I’ll look at the furniture and furnishings that came.”
