 Chapter 8.

Philip, Charles, & Anne are all in Phil's car. The car pulls in through the gates of a very nice detached Tudor style house. It is surrounded by high walls, large old trees and a beautifully kept garden. "Here we are then.

Well what do you think?"

Anne, "It's beautiful. I want it."

Charles, "How about we wait for the car to stop, and take a look on the inside first."

"I don't care what it's like on the inside. I love it."

Phil stops the car, and they all get out. , "It's got an underground car park. Come on let's have a look."

Standing by the front gates, building up a sweat on this hot summers morning is a young man wearing a grey 3 piece suite collar and tie. He's the estate agents assistant waiting for his customers, holding a bunch keys and a pile of promotional papers.

As they arrive he gives a wave and follows the car inside. The car stops and they all get out, he eagerly shakes their hands hoping for a sale and a big commission. Pleased to see them, he asks, "Where would you like to start?"

Charles, is eager to get started, "Let's see this super secret underground car park."

The Estate Agent ushers them to the rear of the house. He uses a remote control unit to open the doors to the garage.

Phil's taking a good look round, He notices a door in the corner. It's a doorway into the house, "Well, what do you think?"

Anne still over excited, "I love it."

Estate Agent, "If you love the car park, you're going to love the inside.

Plus there's an additional toilet, over there, and a hose pipe connection with a soak away." Points to a drain and a water tap on the wall at the far corner of the garage. "Great place for washing your car, and just think if you come home in the rain you're never going to get wet."

Everyone gravitates towards the internal door to the house. The Estate Agent fiddles with his bunch of keys, and opens the door.

Phil, "Useful."

Charles, looking around, he's thinking to himself, turns to Phil, "Very useful. Very private."

Phil, "I knew you'd like it."

"You ain't wrong. This is the bollocks."

Phil, "Yeah, it looks better than I thought it would."

Anne follows the estate agent into the house. She calls back to Philip and Charles, "Are you coming in or what?"

Phil, "By the way we've got to go and see Nana tomorrow.
