Meanwhile back at a very up market hotel. Philip, Charles, Anne, and the Estate Agent Rosario, and his wife Mercedes are all seated in the piano bar/lounge enjoying a late night drink. Everyone's in good humour.
Anne, "I wonder how they're all getting on at Vince's villa?
Light heartedly Charles says, "Probably killing each other."
Philip, "I do hope not, I won't to sell'em some more villas before we go home.
Rosario, "I have something I have been dying to tell you all night. It is something you have been after for a while."

"A certain villa has come on the market, is the one overlooking the bay. Es fantástico."
"Is it the one on the right, or the one I really like in the middle?"
"It is the villa you have always liked señor, the one in the middle."
"When can we see it? Can we see it tomorrow?"
"Sí señor I have arranged for you to meet the owner at 10.00 am tomorrow morning."
Philip has had enough to drink and is beginning to show it. Leaning over and patting Rosario on the knee, "Rosario, you are a fucking genius."
Now in an even happier mood, asks Charles, and Anne, "How'd you lot fancy a villa overlooking the sea?"
Charles is all over the idea, "Great idea, but first I gotta find a bird with big tits."
"You do love a bird with big tits. Well if you do find one, remember you've gotta be down for breakfast by 9.00am."
