The participating earth leaders define their goals and commitments along with achievable years - say one year from now, after 5 years, after 10 years…. and in their life. They may also revive their existing goals based on their ongoing work. They need to be specific in their declarations especially on the results - say, number of people reached (directly, indirectly), number of events organised, geographical area covered, number of products delivered and in use, number of saplings planted and the survival rate achieved, etc.

That is one of the reasons why so much time is spent at the Geo Spirit meets so that each one could contemplate and refine their goals and commitments. Life goals should be challenging enough as ones potential is unlimited. Also, one to aspire for seem to be not achievable targets - one could always prove by achieving them.

In the space of Geo Spirit meets, one thinks intensively and develops strategies for achieving them. They might learn strategies from other participants declarations too. Some of them could get support from others with similar goals. If one’s goals are subset or part of the other person’s goals (declared) one could join the other person in achieving the whole.

Intense intention and deep initiatives are necessary to realize one’s goal.

In the process of facilitating the Geo Spirit meets, the lead, experts and the supporting earth leaders also get their commitments and goals reinforced which they also declare. They may aspire for bigger goals, considering past achievements and progress.
