Sensitisation

The important achievement of these meets is improving the sensitivity of the people towards the earth. Some of the sensitisation exercises are presented in the earth sensitisation practices part in this book.

Spirit manifests in oneness and freedom. Earth is a single living thing; in which we are also a part. Geo Spirit helps to understand why the earth has provided us with everything to celebrate another day. One should also strive and question, why I am born on this earth? If I am living, what is the difference I can make? If there is no positive change that one is causing, then there is not much meaning to one’s life. That is the spirit of living.

We also might have seen many things in life, but are we so sensitive to the facts and did we ever strive to find a solution. As people grow they become sensitive to only a few aspects based on the areas of their interest. Children are more sensitive and human as compared to the grown-up people - who pen their life and ear-mark themselves as someone.

One of the beautiful examples of being sensitive is the life of Gotham Buddha. The Prince Siddhartha a young man of 29 years old, once went out of the palace, saw and became very sensitive to the fact of human sufferings. Such as old man, sick person and a corpse being carried to cremation. He also saw a monk in meditation beneath a tree.

He sacrificed everything for the cause of human suffering, left his kingdom, wife and the just born child. Became the Gautama Buddha. He is the Human scientist who researched and found the solution, shared the technique and wanted everyone to be the Buddha.

We also might have seen many things in life, but are we so sensitive to the facts and did we ever strive to find a solution.

There are umpteen examples of people they became great leaders because of their sensitivity rather the education they received and the knowledge they have.

With the modern technologies and access to extended - memory, knowledge retrieval and artificial intelligence, there is no limit to the access of knowledge. Understanding is also improving. There is a lack of sensitivity as a human being and get connected to the earth or soil, where the term ‘Human’ is derived from ‘Humus - in the soil’.

Sensitivity is the driving force to gather the right knowledge for a greater purpose.

Children are going to school, education is a kind of habituation. Their learning is for making a living, rather making life meaningful.

Sensitization is the quality or condition of responding to certain stimuli in a sensitive manner. Sensitization is a non-associative learning process in which repeated administration of a stimulus results in the progressive amplification of a response. Sensitization often is characterized by an enhancement of response to a whole class of stimuli in addition to the one that is repeated. Opposite of sensitisation is habituation.
