“ICED EYES”

I hate my life so much that ending it seems the only way out. Can you imagine that one human can be so nasty with the words they say?

Can you imagine that one human can be so manipulative? Can you imagine that one human can poison one small mind? Can hate control one’s desire?

H is for Hurry. A is for Anger. T is for Terrorising. E is for Execution.

I hate him …

He follows me around day and night. I can’t escape. Do I give into him? Do I surrender? I’m so confused. What do I do? What is the cost of freedom? When will I be free? Totally free? Free from this hell?

He comes into my mind; left brain senses his arrival. His eyes pierce me as he focuses on me and looks me over, up and down. His eyes flicker with glee.

Why can’t anybody else see him?

Mum doesn’t understand. I’ve tried to show her what I see. Am I the only one who sees the world like this?

He is so cruel, tempting me into his world that I can’t leave on my own. It’s so captivating. When will I be free?

This man has no conscience; he doesn’t care. He says he does, but it’s all been lies. I see the truth that lies under those wicked eyes. His eyes lead me down into his polluted soul.

He wants me to fester and become infected. Like him. I am his obsession.

Why am I his chosen one? I’m tired of trying to work it out. It’s been so long. I am exhausted. I want the pain to stop.

“Lucy? Lucy? Where are you?”
“Go away, man. Leave me alone.”
“No, Lucy. Come here, little one.”
“Go away! I hate you! Don’t you understand? Leave me alone!”

“No! Stop that, Lucy, you naughty little girl. You know that this is right; it’s been proven day and night. You must come, cross over and be by my side. I want you, now and forever. You are mine!”

“Never! I’ll make sure that you never succeed!”

“Calm down, my sweet girl. Now I can see into your beautiful eyes, my love. You don’t really hate me. You may dislike me, but hate is such a strong word.”

“I do hate you! Go away! Leave me alone!”

“I can’t, Lucy. You are the chosen one—the chosen one for me.”
