A success tracker is a document containing all the progress made within a client’s project. They are presented to the clients over weekly 30 minute calls to go over the progress as well as things we may need to continue working towards their goals. Now, that you have an idea of what a success tracker is you must be able to fill one out. While working with clients you will be required to fill out success tracker for them.

Success tracker should be updated as you continue working and getting results.

Get comfortable with some of the material in the success tracker so you can learn how to fill one out properly.

It will explain the material that are needed to be updated whether that be weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Use the template as a guide and replace some of the things to your client information. Always update your success trackers as you get results.

All slides in the success tracker may not be used in your client’s project. Make sure you fill out the correct slides that regard your clients.

Use the template as a guideline to filling out a success tracker as well as the videos to help you figure out how to fill it out.

The key parts to a success tracker is the executive summary where we speak on what we have done, what we are going to do, and then what we need from them (videos, more content, etc.)

The success tracker are used in weekly calls so make sure you are doing your best to fill it out weekly and update it.

1. Clean up this image into something more like our branded look—image in task 1.

2. Make everything symmetrical.

3. Change the numbers to all be the same color and fonts to the same fonts you're using.

4. Make the colors of the numbers with circles and the pink boxes white.
