Step 1 – Warm Up & Stretch
First make sure you have ordered your pills and have your extension device ready. Take a washcloth and wet it with hot water. Wrap the washcloth around your penis and scrotum for at least 3 mins, if the washcloth cools off, wet it with hot water again.
After you have used the washcloth to warm up, take your index finger and thumb create an ok sign. Place your finger and thumb behind the glans.
Pull forward behind the glans to stretch penis out in front of you for 1 min.
Then pull to the right for 1 min. Pull to the left 1 min. Pull downward for 1 min. Pull upward for 1 min.
Do this for 3 sets.

Step 2 – The Cobra
