Mango and Lime-Flavored Yogurt

Fresh, cold, creamy Greek yoghurt is one of my favorite things to eat for breakfast, especially when I know I need some extra probiotics and some protein to help my muscles repair from a lifting session. While the pre-flavored yoghurt varieties are often full of refined sugar, this version is flavored by you, at home, with ingredients you can trust. Mangoes, honey, and lime…you could even eat it as a dessert treat!
