An interesting, but not easy read

It shows that this author has given a lot of thought to this subject. It also becomes quickly apparent that English is not his first language (although he does a lot better that I would do, trying to write in a foreign language). The book also hasn’t been proof-read well, and there are some amusing typos, such as ‘conman’ instead of ‘common’. But the author isn’t trying to con anyone, as is evidenced by the number of mathematical equations that get worked through. Sadly, they can also make reading the book a bit tedious. Whether you agree with all the authors ideas or not, the book is certainly thought provoking.
