Based on the facts, the trends, and the current situation, these are the starting points for the coming years:

Even though our growth on Facebook is not very rapid, the platform will continue to be an important part of the media mix if we want to reach prospective students, current students, and alumni.

We will continue to post 3-4 times a week on average, but will offer more video content on the page – at least once a week – and start with Facebook Stories, which will allow us to increase our reach and attract new followers.

We know that our Facebook followers are relationship builders.The ‘community feeling’ is becoming increasingly important on Facebook, so we will offer different ways to achieve this. We will start several Facebook groups and take steps to improve community management, which will enable us to answer questions from our followers faster and better.
